In this episode, Coach Jacob shows what a private swim lesson for a 1-year-old who cannot walk yet looks like in a calm, safe, and supportive environment.
We focus on essential foundations such as comfort, supported flotation, body awareness, water orientation, and gentle submersions, adapting every activity to the child’s current stage of development. Extra emphasis is placed on head support, positioning, and creating a strong sense of security in the water.
Every interaction is guided, pressure-free, and based on the child’s cues, helping build trust and confidence at a pace that feels natural.
This video is part of an ongoing series, where each episode features different children, personalities, backgrounds, and speed of progression, showing how swim lessons are adapted to meet every child where they are.
