Virginia Tech vs. VCU: Playing at the Battle For Atlantis in the Bahamas, the Hokies lost to the Rams, 86-68. Virginia Tech closed the lead to six with under eight minutes to go, but VCU ended the game on a 21-10 run. Tyler Johnson and Amani Hansberry each scored 16 points to lead the Hokies. Jaden Schutt added 15 points off the bench.
