Rory McIlroy's 2026 debut, Pebble Beach preview & Ryan Gerard joins | The Drop

It's time for the first Signature Event of the 2026 PGA TOUR season and we preview the key players in the field at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. We’ll tell you which hole at Pebble Beach Golf Links has historical data that suggests if a golfer plays that hole well, he significantly increases his chances of winning. Matt Every, who played the event 10 times, provides his analysis of the venue, what it takes to succeed and who he thinks is going to win. Ryan Gerard is ranked 3rd in the FedExCup standings, and he joined the show to talk about is hot start to the season, what drives him to be so competitive and what he thinks would make for a successful Masters when he makes his debut later this year. We’ll look back to the Pro-Am at WM Phoenix Open, where Scottie Scheffler and Travis Kelce made a wish come true for a young fan, and before the show ends we’ll take a look at the upcoming episode of the PGA TOUR Studios series Mindful, featuring Katt Williams.
