Relive the women’s 400 m hurdles final from the 2025 World Athletics Indoor Championships in Nanjing as we prepare for a new edition of the championships, taking place on 20-22 March 2026 in Toruń.

Great Britain's Amber Anning won gold in 50.60 seconds, holding off a late challenge to secure her first World Indoor title. Overtaken at the halfway mark, she stayed composed and turned on the after jets right on the line to outlean USA's Alexis Holmes for the eventual gold!
