Duke defeated the Syracuse Orange, 71-51 in ACC Women’s Basketball play. Toby Fournier led the way with 22 points on 10-15 shooting and grabbed 7 rebounds in the win. Ashlon Jackson and Riley Nelson scored 11 points each for the Blue Devils. Dominique Darius led the Orange with 18 points.
