Week 14 was all about pure goaltending — glove robberies, paddle saves, desperation recoveries, and reads that left shooters stunned.

Carolina’s Brandon Bussi kicked things off with a sensational glove snag on Sam Steel, while Ilya Sorokin made an unconventional stop against New Jersey. Connor Ingram continued his strong form by getting across to make a tremendous glove save against Nashville.

In Chicago, Spencer Knight held the puck out with the pad against St. Louis, then later returned with a glove robbery on Kasperi Kapanen. Joonas Korpisalo delivered a pair of spectacular saves against Calgary, including a point-blank glove grab on captain Mikael Backlund.

Philipp Grubauer recovered just in time to deny Mats Zuccarello on a yawning cage, Arturs Silovs went post-to-post to stone Nazem Kadri, and the red-hot John Gibson reached back to snag a loose puck to stop Montreal.

Drew Commesso flew across the crease to rob Matthew Wood, and perhaps the save of the week came from Nikita Tolopilo, who combined the blocker and the tip of the paddle to deny a Montreal chance. And when it mattered most, Sergei Bobrovsky adjusted instantly, spreading his pads to shut down a redirected Buffalo opportunity.
