At Cortina d’Ampezzo 1956, Jakobína Jakobsdóttir made history as the first Icelandic woman to ever compete at the Winter Olympics. 🇮🇸⛷️

Jakobína returned to Cortina 70 years later, at 93 years old.
And yes… she still skis.
