Is Elena Rybakina about to take the No.1 ranking from Aryna Sabalenka?

Aryna Sabalenka spent the whole of 2025 at No.1 in the rankings dominating the No.1 spot, remaining unchallenged at the top of the rankings...until NOW. Elena Rybakina has won the last two big titles on tour, the WTA Finals and the Australian Open, beating Sabablenka in both. Rybakina has kept winning since then and has very few points to defend going into the clay season, Roland-Garros and Wimbledon. On the other hand Aryna Sabalenka, gresh from winning the Sunshine Double has a final to defend at Roland-Garros, the Madrid Open title and a semi-final showing at Wimbledon. The big question is - can Sabalenka hold onto the world number 1 ranking or will Rybakina stop her run at the top and if so WHEN and for how long? What do you think?
