Why Does Caleb Ewan Keep HEADBUTTING Jasper Philipsen?

Caleb Ewan got into another bit of argy bargy with Jasper Philipsen today in stage 5 of the Tour Down Under 2020, when fighting for Sam Bennett's wheel in the finale. In the end it did not matter too much because Ryan Gibbons very cleverly let Giacomo Nizzolo's wheel go during the final 500m, setting up his teammate's win. A very similar thing happened last year when Ewan headbutted Philipsen 3 times and was disqualified after winning the final sprint in the tour down under stage 5 2019.
