Alex Walsh on Racing First SCM 400 IM of Season: "I did it. And, you gotta start somewhere"

After their outing in the 100 Breast (Douglass 1st, Walsh 3rd), Kate Douglass and Alex Walsh spoke with the media in Westmont. Douglass, when asked about the World Cup scoring system, said that she feels she has shot herself in the foot a bit with her success from last season making it harder for her to score points. Walsh, when asked about competing in the 400 IM, said it was a fine first race in the event for her and she will most likely be swimming it again in Toronto.
