Alex Walsh Plans to Swim 400 IM at Pan Pacs, Eyeing it for LA2028

On Friday of the US Nationals last week, on her 25th birthday, Alex Walsh time-trialed the 400 IM, clocking a 4:41. Although it didn't feel great in the moment, Walsh wanted to get another race rep of the event in before Pan Pacs in a couple of weeks, where she plans on racing it. She sees Pan Pacs as a stepping stone for the 400 IM to pursue the event over the next couple of years on the road to LA2028.
