Hunter Henry on Signing Contract Extension with Patriots | Patriots Training Camp

Today it was announced that the Patriots and Tight End Hunter Henry agreed to a contract extension that would keep the end with the team for 2 more years. Henry spoke to the media following the teams 13th day of training camp and talked about how much it meant to him remaining with the Patriots as well as discussing how he has stayed so consistent throughout his NFL career.

Hunter Henry on signing extension with the Patriots:

“Giving me a chance kind of in the middle of my career to come over here…We just appreciated the whole time…It's just a blessing man.”

Hunter Henry on being consistent throughout his career:

“I feel like I came here and kind of retooled myself, just like my body, my mindset, just different things…It's been really fun to just be able to be consistent and just try to be that consistent guy out there that no matter what you know, my guys can rely on me being out there.”
