Miami WR Cooper Barkate | 2026 ACC Top 25 Returning Players To Watch

Miami wide receiver Cooper Barkate transferred from Duke along with his quarterback, Darian Mensah. Barkate will once again look to lead a high-powered offense to an ACC Championship. The dynamic wideout who started his career at Harvard was second in the ACC in both receiving yards and receiving touchdowns in 2025, and now he will be paired up with the ACC's leading receiver, Malachi Toney. We'll have to see if Barkate can match his 72 receptions, 1,106 receiving yards, and seven touchdowns from 2025, but being paired with Toney and having Mensah at quarterback, Miami should be one of the most dangerous offenses in the nation in 2026. Check out the connection between Mensah and Barkate from the 2025 season as you get excited for Hurricanes football right here.
