After dropping a monster 14:39 in the 1500 Free earlier in the meet, Johannes Liebmann 1-upped himself on the final night of racing in Stockholm. In the 800 Free final, Liebmann dropped a huge personal best, clocking a 7:37.94 to become the fastest European ever in the event and the #6 performer all-time. After the race, Liebmann was shocked, saying he was shooting for around 7:40 but having no notion that he would become the fastest European ever.
