The ACC has four players selected in the first round of the 2026 NBA draft, three of whom were taken in the top six selections. For the second consecutive year, Duke had a player taken inside the top three as Cameron Boozer was drafted by Memphis Grizzlies at the third overall pick. North Carolina's Caleb Wilson was selected fourth overall by the Chicago Bulls was and was the first Tar Heel to be taken in the top 5 since Marvin Williams in 2007. Mikel Brown Jr. was taken by the Brooklyn Nets and became the first Louisville player to be drafted in the first round since Donovan Mitchell in 2017. Stanford had a player selected in the first round for just the second time since 2008, with Ebuka Okorie being taken by the Oklahoma City Thunder.
