Notre Dame guard Cassandre Prosper is putting together one of the biggest breakout seasons in women’s college basketball, and it didn’t happen by accident.

After just seven starts in her first three seasons, Prosper has started every game for the Irish this year, averaging 16.6 points and 7.9 rebounds and recording six double-doubles so far. An offseason spent fully committed to the weight room, nutrition, and wellness helped fuel the leap.
