Adjustable Support Fixture System - ASF-1, ASF-2, ASF-3, ASF-24

The increasing popularity of bicycles with non-standard frame geometry presents a problem for mechanics looking to put these bikes into repair stands. Park Tool presents a solution.

The Park Tool ASF-1 replaces the clamp in any Park Tool Professional Repair Stand* with a rotating crossbar and two adjustable-position 12"/30 cm support forks, which can be configured to accommodate a wide variety of bicycles with non-standard frame designs, including most "moto"-style e-bike frames.

The capabilities of the ASF-1 can be expanded using optional 24" support forks (ASF-24, sold separately) to better support wide loads such as trikes and front-loading cargo bikes.

The ASF-2 installs onto the ASF-1 (sold separately), replacing one support fork with a top tube for a traditional Park Tool repair stand clamp (also sold separately). This configuration can be useful for securing bicycles that are able to be installed in a repair stand clamp, but have long wheelbases or awkward centers of gravity, such as front-loading cargo bikes.

The ASF-3 installs onto the ASF-1 (sold separately), adding a pivoting extension arm that extends up to 24" from the main crossbar at one of five locking positions. The ASF-1 support forks or ASF-24 can then be installed on this extension arm, allowing the ASF-1 to support bikes with integrated buckets or low-slung frames that must be supported from underneath.

• Crossbar width: 44.125" (112 cm)
• Maximum support fork width (outside-to-outside): 40.5" (103 cm)
• Minimum support fork width (outside-to-outside): 5.75" (15 cm)
• Fork length: 12" (30 cm)

ASF-2:

NOTE: The ASF-2 Clamp Adapter Add-On is not intended to be installed onto the ASF-3 Pivoting Extension Arm.

ASF-3:
• Extends support fork up to 24" from ASF-1 crossbar
• Angle positions: -60°, -30°, 0°, 30°, 60°
