Earlier this season, we filmed with current @COROSGlobal MileSplit50 No. 4-ranked Caden Leonard and No. 19-ranked Southlake Carroll. Caden ran a 4-mile tempo after returning from injury, while some of his teammates ran a 6-mile tempo.
