Is This The Fastest High School Sprint Team In The Nation? | Workout Wednesday
Running
We caught up with the guys from Servite High School (CA) ahead of the outdoor track season. The sprint squad tackled an all-out, very challenging broken 300m repetition workout as one of its toughest workouts of the season so far. The team has already clocked two of the fastest 4x100m relay times in the nation this year at the Mustang Round Up (40.05) and again at the Texas A&M Blue Bonnett Invitational (40.44). The 40.05 ranks high school U.S. No. 1 this season.
