We gave an amateur cyclist 30 days to see how much faster they could get on a road bike. Structured training is a great way of making the most out of limited time on the bike but can a rider who's never followed a training plan before be convinced that this is the best way to get faster on the bike?
In this video Ed tries a structured training plan from Cadence to try and increase his FTP on the bike in just 30 days with the ultimate goal of getting up Alp d'Huez in under 1 hour.
