Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo rewrote the Olympic Winter Games record books by winning six gold medals in cross-country skiing at Milano Cortina 2026. The Norwegian passed the previous record of five by speed skater Eric Heiden ๐บ๐ธ set in Lake Placid in 1980. His haul also extended his own record for most Olympic Winter Games golds to 11, as he became the first athlete to win all six cross-country events at one Games.
