Rojo loses $500 if this guy goes sub 3 in the marathon this weekend in Lousiana

Who is he? LetsRun.com's Robert Johnson made a bet for $500 that he would break 3 hours in the marathon before this LetsRun visitor. The visitor showed up at the LetsRun meet up at the World Cross Country Championships and said he is ready to go. He's going to try to go sub-3 this weekend at the Louisiana Marathon in Baton Rouge.
