Run Streak, Day 27: FTP Bike Test and Easy Run
Today i went to the well... Since Cindi was out of town this weekend it was Lucy and Me, so my long ride had to be done inside.
I first did a low cadence interval workout, 4x8min at 60rpms around 90% of my FTP... then i rode easy for 30min... then I did a 20min max power test...it went very well!
Then i ran very easy at the end of the day!

My main GOAL for 2025 is to QUALIFY for the IRONMAN World Champs at IM Chattanooga this September! The purpose of these videos is to show you the journey of training and mindset of my trying to accomplish this goal.
