Is motor doping a genuine threat to professional cycling or just a persistent conspiracy theory? We recruited a team of elite engineering graduates to build a custom, hidden electromagnetic drive system known as a "magic wheel" to see if we could evade detection. Finally, we put our secret prototype to the ultimate test in a head-to-head race against a former World Tour pro to see if 20 watts of hidden power is enough to change the game.
