The one-handed backhand
1. Racket head above grip:
This creates plenty of space for to build racket head speed, and it makes it much easier for to attack higher balls as well with this style of preparation.
2. Full body coil:
A great body turn and ensuring you're fully side on with your body in the preparation.
3 Weight transfer
By starting with your weight on the back leg (left) and stepping into the shot with your front foot (right) you get all your weight behind the ball.
Who's one-handed backhand do you admire?
My person favorite is Justine Henin's!
