18-year-old American tennis standout Ben Shelton clinched the 2021 NCAA men's tennis title for Florida, the program's first-ever men's championship. In 2022, before making his pro debut, Shelton won SEC Player of the Year and National Player of the Year. Ben Shelton played college tennis from 2020-2022 under his father, Bryan Shelton, and the duo has since won 7 ATP titles, reaching three major semifinals (2 at the US Open).
