The bay crits stage 2 did not disappoint, with a late breakaway lead by Luke Durbridge chased down by Lexus Blackburn. One of Team Bridgelane's teammates (Ben Hill) got in the late breakaway, which meant that their sprinters Jensen Plowright and Nick White got to rest for the last couple of laps relative to the work being down by Lexus Blackburn (I realised this as I was reviewing my recording). The result was a big sprint finish and some big numbers thrown down. Stay tuned for the last stage of the bay crits coming later this week.
