Dressel Dissects Pro Swim Performances in Austin: "Really happy"

Caeleb Dressel was back in action at the Pro Swim in Austin, one of his first meets since announcing he was training with Steve Jungbluth in Jacksonville. Dressel said this was his 'final benchmark' for the first phase of his training for this season, which focused on technique and fitness. He will now review his swims and start focusing more on 'race prep'. Overall, Dressel seemed quite pleased with his meet, especially his 100 free in prelims, which was the first time he'd raced that event since the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
