We’re less than a month away from the 2026 Tour de France, and that means it's time for the Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
Formerly known as the Critérium du Dauphiné, the Tour Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is a week-long, mountainous stage race that serves as the traditional warm–up race for the sport’s main event in July.
BikeRadar’s Ashley Quinlan was on the ground at the start of stage 01, in Vizille, to see if there were any new bikes being trialled ahead of the Tour – and we’ve got three big hitters to show you.
From a new Cube Litening Aero C:68X, to Paul Seixas’ prototype Van Rysel and Ridley’s new sub-7kg racer, this video has everything you need to know about the key new road bikes debuting at this year’s race.
