Serah Williams, Kayleigh Heckel and Azzi Fudd talk big UConn bench assist in opening round win

With Huskies' starters Azzi Fudd and KK Arnold in first-half foul trouble, the UConn bench made sure they didn't skip a beat. Kayleigh Heckel and Blanca Quinonez combined for 26 points, supporting Sarah Strong who dropped eighteen in the 90-52 win over USTA to advance to the second round. Serah Williams , who also played a strong game said she could definitely feel the difference between a regular season game and an NCAA tournament contest. Fudd was "super proud" of her teammates for stepping up in a big situation.
