Indiana pro Matt King had a fabulous weekend of racing at the Bergen Swim Festival, registering a PB in the 100 Free (47.7) while also hitting 21.72 in the 50 Free (.02 off his PB) and 23.6 in the 50 fly just for fun. King described that this season has, in large part, been about recovering from the illness that hit him last summer at the World Championships, where he lost 20lbs. After putting an emphasis on the weight room and getting back to his normal weight, King seems to be in a good place heading into the summer, where summer nationals in Irvine will be his focus meet.
