Wake Forest running back Demond Claiborne entered the 2025 season as one of the most feared running backs in all of the conference. Claiborne battled through injuries and was an integral part of the offensive attack when he was deployed. He ran the ball 179 times for 907 yards at 5.1 yards per clip. He also added 140 yards receiving and rushed for 10 scores. His performances earned him a second-team All-ACC selection.
