Wemby tries to take the pass back as soon as he releases it. That tells you everything. Castle's body was never set to receive an outlet pass — his head was turned but his feet weren't. And if Wemby fires that pass with any zip on it, it probably goes out of bounds and the Spurs dodge the worst of it. Instead it floats, hits Castle in the back, and the Knicks get free points in a tied Finals game with 13 seconds left. Youth and inexperience is part of it, but that's exactly why the coaching staff has to be ahead of the moment. Mitch Johnson's group wasn't. #shorts
