Josha Salchow Training in Eindhoven with Peter Bishop "I'm excited to see what's going to happen"

Josha Salchow had a solid showing in Bergen, swimming 48.49 in the 100 free and 23.42 in the 50 fly, most likely qualifying him for the European Championships in both. Salchow moved to Australia in 2022 to train with Kyle Chalmers and Peter Bishop, a move that paid off as he made the 2024 Olympic final in the 100 free.

After Bishop moved to the Netherlands, Salchow followed him there and is now training in Eindhoven. The German Olympian will have another chance at European champs qualification this weekend at the German nationals.
