Carson Foster on 400 Free LCM: "If there's any summer to test it, maybe this one"

Over the course of the World Cup, Carson Foster was top 3 in the 400 IM, 400 Free, and 1500 Free at all 3 stops. Foster has been putting more of an emphasis on longer freestyle training this season so far and has enjoyed training and racing the longer events. With this summer's main meet being Pan Pacific Championships, where qualified athletes can swim any event they want, Foster said this might be the perfect season to test the distance free waters.
