The Fighting Irish fell to the #1 team in the country, the UConn Huskies, 85-47. Hannah Hidalgo scored 16 points, dished out 4 assists and had 3 steals to lead the Irish. Cassandre Prosper added 12 points and 7 rebounds for Notre Dame. UConn was too much to handle though, shooting 56% from the field and out-rebounding the Irish 39 to 24.
