Workout Wednesday: Jake Liebert, Jack Graffeo, and TJ Hansen Run Early Season Tempo at Elevation

We filmed with Jake Liebert, Jack Graffeo, and TJ Hansen while they ran an early cross-country season tempo. Liebert ran a 10-mile tempo while Graffeo ran a 6-mile tempo around the dirt roads just outside of Boulder. Hansen helped the duo with bike support.
