3x12min Threshold Run Workout
@ironmantri Texas is approaching and training is going really well. We’re in our 3rd week of building threshold run workouts. They started at 8 minutes and are now at 12 minute repeats. My goal at Texas is to run 3:15-3:12 (7:25 pace). The nice thing about the treadmill is i can control the pace, take lactate easier, and make sure it replicates Texas heat so the paces match training vs race day.
