Carson Foster had a solid showing at the Pro Swim in his home pool. The Olympic medalist took 2nd in the 200 IM and fly, 3rd in the 200 free, and 6th in the 200 back. After the meet, he admitted that coach Bob Bowman has been putting them through the wringer and he's feeling tired. However, Foster did say he's been swimming the best he ever has consistently in training and in-season, hopefully meaning personal bests to come for the 24-year-old.
