Valverde UNLACED Nike Mercurials BOOT SWITCH!

I just made a post talking about how diabolical it is that Valverde wears the Superfly 11 without tying the laces, and it would appear that he might have just realized that the Vapor 17 is much better suited as a “laceless” boot. Where just like I recently talked about in regards to Vitinha, not that I think you should do it, but if you really wanted to, the Vapor 17 seems to hold enough structure to be worn without the need for added lace tension. They’re definitely worse without that tension IMO, but you can do it. It still blows my mind that he wears his boots like this! And he doesn’t just do this in training, his boots stay unlaced in matches as well!
