In 2025, Seminole underwent the first phase of a project aimed at combatting the effects of a rising water table. With a substantial project on the horizon, the club decided to simultaneously conduct a restoration of their Donald Ross greens and bunkers, which had been altered by Dick Wilson in the 1950's. The club hired Gil Hanse to complete the project, who utilized an extensive set of sketches, plans, and aerial photographs. The front nine was completed this year with the back nine slated for restoration next summer.
