After winning the 100m earlier in the meet, Team USA's Mia Maxwell provided an extra gear to beat out Jamaica's Shanoya Douglas and win the 200m final at the 2026 U20 World Championships for her second gold medal of these worlds, with twin sister Mariah earning bronze.
