Have you ever contemplated doing a marathon swim? Like The Rottnest Channel Swim, or even something longer like the Derwent River Swim? Well Andrew Donaldson has completed both, as well as several others, and on this podcast he shares with us everything to consider when doing a marathon swim. Andrew graciously shared all his knowledge, about what type of training he does and his preparation, both before and during the swim.

And what happens when you put in all that preparation and something doesn't go to plan? We discuss how Andrew dealt with that as well, during his recent Ausbil Swim, from Palm Beach to Shelley Beach along the NSW coast
