The Philadelphia Phillies open their three-game series in Miami with a 9-3 win over the Marlins.

Christopher Sanchez dazzled through seven innings of one-run baseball. His only blemish coming on an RBI double by Javier Sanoja in the third. The lefty allowed six hits and walked one during his outing while striking out five. He improves to 12-5.

Sanchez' effort was backed by three homers from the outfield as Max Kepler, Brandon Marsh and Harrison Bader all went deep.

Bryson Stott also got in on the action with a three-run homer in the 7th.

Trea Turner just keeps hitting for the Phillies. He came up with a four-hit night as part of a 16 hit performance by the Phillies bats.
