Mikko Rantanen posted a three-point game (1 goal, 2 assists) to lead the Dallas Stars to a 4-1 win over the San Jose Sharks on Friday night at American Airlines Center. Jake Oettinger finished with 16 saves on 17 shots to earn his 13th win of the season, as the Stars extended their current point streak to nine games (7-0-2, 16 pts.). Aside from Rantanen’s big performance, Jason Robertson found the net for the 11th time in his last 13 games (15 goals), by scoring his 18th goal of the season, Sam Steel potted the game-winning goal and Miro Heiskanen scored a long-range empty net goal.
