Sian joins us for this episode to share her experiences of playing and coaching over a 30 year + period in women's football. A leader in the dominant Arsenal side of the 90's, Sian went on to represent both England & Wales at international level. Sian explains her trasition through the years of playing at the top level of the women's game in England and also her experiences of playing in Italy. We also get an insight into the coaching that she has taken on including coaching Watford FC Ladies and how Sian now is balancing developing international girls footballers within her role as Manager of the England Schools FA under 15s side alongside working as a maths teacher at Hitchen Girls School.
