Define Rebuild

The Cardinals may have made more news outside of actual games than on the field this week. (Well, some of it was on the field, but not game action.) The promotion of Jimmy Crooks and Cesar Prieto caused some stirs and Daniel (@C70) and Allen (@amedlock1) talk about how these guys can fit into the puzzle.
