With January being #Veganuary we are delighted to welcome Jade Crawford, head chef at Forest Green Rovers, to talk what role she plays at the club, vegan diets for footballers and fans, plus the environmental impact football has. Our conversation includes the role of community at the New Lawn, ambitions for the football club under owner Dale Vince, how we can persuade fans to try vegan food plus one simple recipe we should try?
