Tyrese Maxey led the team with 28 points, including a 5-12 performance from 3-point range that gave Maxey the 76ers record for most made 3s in franchise history, surpassing Hall of Famer Allen Iverson. Joel Embiid added 26 points and 11 rebounds, making a huge corner 3 to ice the game. VJ Edgecombe added 19 for the Sixers, including seven crucial fourth quarter points to help the Sixers survive a furious Miami comeback.
Bam Adebayo (29) led the Heat, with Tyler Herro (25) and Jaime Jacquez Jr (19) chipping in with big performances off the bench.
