Central Connecticut head coach Pat Sellers joins the show to break down the Blue Devils’ regular season and how it stacked up against preseason expectations. From signature wins over BC and Rutgers to winning 7 of their last 8 games, Sellers shares why his team is confident heading into the NEC Tournament.
We dive into the dominant stretch from Darin Smith Jr., including his 38-point performance against Sacred Heart, 40 on the road at New Haven, and 25 in the regular season finale vs. Wagner. Sellers explains what makes Smith so special and how his leadership has elevated the group.
Plus, the impact of Max Frazier’s size and production, the chemistry between Rodgers and Frazier, and how that combo has become a major weapon down the stretch.
